After a year and a  bit of various ailments I am now getting back to normal. Having had a heart operation with no sedation or anesthetic, just hypnosis and recovering quickly using Ultra Depth (of course), I am keen to get back to some ideas I have of ways of using Ultra Depth, although I am having to be patient for now.

I am very interested in some ideas James has had regarding his Ultra Depth and TCT training and am waiting keenly to find out what's next!

At the moment due to a change in circumstances I am taking a sabbatical and once I have completed the last of my clients cases I am looking forward to a break.

Meanwhile I am still helping James organise the UK Ultra Depth® Process course at Heathrow. I am very much looking forward to this and the many exciting experiences I hope to have there.

Ultra Depth® is something that has come into my life and one of the areas I can see major potential for spontaneous change in clients. The results I have seen from using it with clients is amazing and I would throughly recommend it to everyone.
